ok…back down

Ok guys, I am back down again….I do hate how now my weight fluctuates soooo much, its like one week up the next week down….I have been eatting basically the same stuff…I think my body likes to trick me, whatever I eat this week I will not get any results til next week, so I feel like the exercise and food I eat is on a week delay….lol….I know thats impossible, because right after I eat I am always 2lbs heavier…

See what I mean? Oh well…I am happy to be down this week….

    Congrats on being back down! I’m struggling with maintaining where I am at, and I’m not done yet! We will get thru this, hang in there!

    so proud of you!!!!! im back on the grind at gym working out 1.5 hrs each time 4 or 5xs a week now so right now im gaining muscle and replacing that fat but ive lost inches and a dress size and tightening up and lifting butt and all that so yayy. missed you and way to go girl :)

    Yeah for being back down. I’m hoping you’re not weighing yourself to much…of course you are going to be 2 lbs heavier after you eat because you haven’t given your body the time to digest the food that is in you. The best time to weigh yourself is right in the morning after you get up and use the bathroom. And stick to that process because that will give you the best results. Keep up the good work girl. I know you can do it and you’ve already done good so far so that shows you that you can do good till you reach your goal.
