Protein question…..Help me please
I have no idea what a good number for protein is on the labels….
I read the lables everytime I eat anything, and I understand the calories, and fat grams, this is what My diet is based on, but the protein, I would really like to know more about…Can ya’ll help me out here with some advice? Thanks! Angie


Protein depends on your size for sure, but i’ve read many times that your daily protein should be between 65-100gs. It seems a little big to me and I have read that 50 is okay, too, and that our culture is a little overly protein focused. Good Luck!
