Protein question…..Help me please

I have no idea what a good number for protein is on the labels….

I read the lables everytime I eat anything, and I understand the calories, and fat grams, this is what My diet is based on, but the protein, I would really like to know more about…Can ya’ll help me out here with some advice? Thanks! Angie

I felt like I had a terrible case of the munchies, I controlled this by eatting the right choices, and by going to bed early! Lol…The only way to make it a good day, diet wise!
