mac n cheese 1/2 cup 65 calories/2g
corn 1/2 cup 50 calories/.5g
veggies 1 cup 100 calories/2g

toast light wheat  40  calories/.25
apple jelly 25 calories

water 1 and 1/2 liters

fruit mix 260 calories
trail mix 110 calories/6g

Ok the last two were my downfall for the day….but I did walk on my treadmill 30 minutes for the evening, so 51 minutes total! Yahoo…..

    Good job on the exercise!! It helps to offset the snacks. You are doing good.

    Good for you on the walking! Way to go girl! But, I think we need to set up an intervention with you on this trail mix and fruit mix stuff. I’ll host it too! Let me make a list of who will come and then we can eat something afterwards. You think I should serve trail mix? :)
