Good Morning Buddies….Happy hump day! We are halfway through the week! I hope everyone is doing well on their diet/exercise!
Saturdays weigh in didn’t go as planned, another week with no successful loss, I am maintaining at best…Still dietting no junk etc…(stuck staying put at 148)
Sunday I was down .4ths of a lb…and well ughhhh…..
Just after the weigh in too…That wasn’t enough for a loss though…
Sunday I blew it, ate terribly, well not terribly, but lots of good choices, just too many of them together…chain eatting to pass the time I guess you would say…
Monday came and up up up the scale went…150.8…so the junk had an effect definitely! I came to the conclusion that I had to start exercising more, and then 2 fruits per day, and 10 minutes on the treadmill before I allow myself to get on the computer!
Tuesday, I was doing great got my exercising in both Monday and Tuesday with both days at 35 minutes on the treadmill broke up twice during the day…Ate very good, and no bread both days…I have layed off of the special k bars too as much as I had on Sunday!
Wednesday morning…the scales are smiling! Down to 148 again, and hope to hold there, and move the scale on its downward spiral…I have been trying hard, and it is paying off…
Its hard to exercise once you know you hit your original goal, and what some buddies don’t understand is that once you hit your goal you are NOT done! You have to continue on, for me it is a lifestyle change, not a diet, and I need to incorporate this exercise daily, and not just whenever….and to continue to eat sensibly!
I WANT to be able to get on the scale anytime during the day ANYTIME and see that it is below 150, and not above wheather clothed, or not, weather morning or evening, and I know I can do it! Its not easy, just it will take some dedication! I have found added dedication for now, and determination!
I wish all my buddies the will power to continue on this week, and to see the results that you need to succeed!
