Diet log 1/20/08…Oh and I exercised!
I did great today!
Let me start off by saying I avoided the special k bars! Lol
Thats hard for me to do….I love them
1/2 Salad from Subway turkey 200 calories /1.5g
Raisins 1 1/2 boxes 200 calories
dressing ff 100 calories
1/2 salad from subway turkey 200 calories /1.5g
banana 100 calories
grapefruit 100 calories
2 tsp sugar 45 calories
trail mix(This is the last of it-never buying it again!) 220 calories/12g
cocoa pebbles 150/ 2g
Daily totals Calories 1315/fat 18g
This was a great day, wanted the fat g lower to compensate for Sunday a bit, I managed that well, except for the trail mix….But it is all gone now and i learned from this mistake-never buy trail mix for the kids to snack on…Mommy will eat it all!
This morning I ran 15 minutes on treadmill, and ran/Walked 20 minutes this afternoon…35 minutes total

Oh my! That was some crazy trail mix. If you wouldn’t have said anything I wouldn’t have noticed. I would have thought that trail mix would be a healthier choice, but that was 2/3 of your total fat intake for the day. I am realizing that a lot of the healthier choices aren’t.
