How much did you spend today?

I know thats gonna be the first thing out of my hubby’s mouth tonight when he gets home from work…it was a dreary day, of course, when Its my day off its always dreary, or not so perfect…anyways, I took the kids and we went shopping! I went looking for a new pair of sneaks for work, the old ones are losing tread although the top part looks fresh and fine…so I went everywhere trying on shoes, the kids got aggrevated, and I realized hmmmm…I lost a shoe size too! I measured my foot, and couldn’t believe it…well you know if your body is fat logic tells you your foot is too, but really it was! So I got a new pair couldn’t decide on which one, went to another store got another one, returned it, went and bought the other pair I couldn’t decide on, and well wasted the whole day fooling around and shopping.  While at Sports Academy, I fell in love with this pair of Dickies slacks (capri’s) on clearance for 4.99, and then I loved them so much I had to buy the reg pants too in the dickies brand…they were not 4.99, they were 29.99….but they fit me good! Ok, so off to Kroger to waste away the remainder of my cash, lol, and what did I buy? None other than special K bars, now I just blogged this am about how I couldn’t buy them anymore! But there was a sale! Buy 4 boxes, and get a 24pk of water FREE! I am a sucker! I did it! And I immediately had to munch on one in the car, BUT just one thankfully! ( I couldn’t find the big-o-tits that were on sale there, lol…love that one ..I read the picture snapshot of someones blog!  I thought it would be worth a shot ude to the lack of lately!) Other than that I had a 1/2 of grilled chkn sandwich at Chick-fil-A …so I have done well, and this is my dinner…

I am stuck….

ok I am pissed! It has been several weeks since Christmas, and I have really had no major weight loss! i am still eatting healthy, no pizza, no candy, no real junk to speak of, staying under 1500 calories each day, I am gonna have to cut back to 1200 again I can see! I saw the scale go down to 146.2 this week, but now it seems that it was comfortable at 148…so back up it went! This is so frustrating! it seems like as I was losing to hit my goal I could lose, but once I hit that magic number now the weight is staying put, and I can’t get not another lb off! this is making me mad…I am exercising, eatting right,, doing everything the same….maybe I should start weighing my food out again…I guess that may be a mistake I have had, and then you know at night…If I could curve my nighttime snacking I know I would do better….I tried to stop munching on the cocoa pebbles as much after last week I had a run in with 5 bowls of it! So ok, next week I better see at least a lb off! I am not kidding, I feel good, look good, finally, but I still want to lose a few more lbs, really around the tummy! So…dang it I knew I should have joined that kmart challenge! Ok buddies, I will I will I will lose at least 1lb next week! HOLD ME TO IT! WEigh in sat am…I will report! Angie

  Ok, whats the deal, getting higher in my fat grams now, those darn crackers did me in…lol…but I stayed low on my calories….i am not gonna buy any special k bars this week, they are a healthy snack but I am eatting too many of them!
