I think I over did it…..Diet log 1/17/08

Ok, This is a disaster, i was trying to do too much stuff yesterday, and when i finally sat down, welllllll…….Thats basically when I felt like the shovel started moving the food into my mouth…..I watched a movie with my hubby and decided I didn’t want to log my food in my notebook, then said aw heck i’ll just do it tomorrow, and didn’t add up the totals or anything, and now that I just journalled last nights eats, well….I never should have skipped those steps yesterday….should have wrote down my foods, then i KNOW I never would have kept going and ate 2 grilled cheese sand, and PUDDING when I was full already! Ughhhh….so today I told myself I was gonna fast! For  the Hotrods weigh in, I want results! I want the hard work I have done this week to pay off, and to have some kinda progress….so You know a fasting is impossible…lol….but I did do good today and I did curve my eatting habits, and I ate 2 banana to boot….See I can eat the veggies, just not the fruit, weird huh! breakfast:
2 pks of grits 200 calories/2.5g

2 special k bars 200 calories/3.5g
lunch:
veggies sub (bread only)with garlic salt and butter spray

pasta fazzoli soup 315 calories/ 3.5g

pretzels  100 calories

dinner:

beans 1/2 cup ff  130 calories

soup 315 calories/3.5g

2 grilled cheese sand bread only 160 ff bread

cheese 120 ffree

snack:

whip cream fat free 25 calories

pudding made with skim milk 100 calories

100 cal pk oreo (1/2) 50 calories/1.5g

red grapefriut juice 130

Daily, I did well, ate sensibly, but ate too much! I should have journalled my food and not have been so lazy as to do it! 2045 calories/16.5fat grams

    WOW1 Go Ang you eat grits lol lol. I love them but can’t have them on my low-carb plan. ugh
    You did really good 2 grilled cheese sandwiches well…lol hey you only live once. work it out with the exercise! Have a great night!

    Looks like there was alot of little things that just added up in the calorie section. But it happens to all of us. Now just think, was it worth it? I hate when I go overboard and the food wasn’t worth it. Like, if I want to break my plan then there better be some lasagna or a rib eye in front of me! LOL Maybe a baked potato with all the fixen’s too! I better stop. My keyboard is getting wet with all my slobber.

    I was reading what you ate. It could have been worse, alot of your indulgences were low calorie! See? We have changed even when we binge! I still say good job, your choices reflect the good changes. Hugs, Kama
