marshmallows 100 calories
5 cups cocoa pebbles 550 calories/8.5g
Daily I did very well, we went out to eat, I had the chkn that was supposed to be smothered in cheese, I requested no cheese, and no dressing on my salad, no cheese on my salad either… I did overdo it on the cocoa pebbles though….gulp….5 cups…lol…I am addicted to them…..
