Vigourous house cleanning 1 hr. speed cleaning (pop visit from my mom, she hasn’t came over in 3 yrs)

Treadmill 10 minutes

Chkn wrap from Mc D’s-lettuce chkn and wrap only, no cheese no sauce 200 cal/5g

2 special k bars 180 calories/3g
nutter butter bar 100 cal/2 g

ckhn breast (150 cal/2g)sandwich on bun 150 cal/2g, no butter, sauted mushrooms25 calories, and onions25, no butter. I had to specify, no butter we went out to eat, everyone ate fattening stuff, I ordered mine special.  Salad, no cheese and ff dressing 1 tsp, with 1 slice tomato…50 cal/og

cocoa pebbles 150 cal/1.5g

yogurt ff light 100 cal/og

slim a bear ice cream sandwich 100 cal/1.5 g

1 piece of oreo cheesecake from the restaurant (my daughter brought it home, I couldn’t resist eatting it, she didn’t like it!) 280 calories/18g

Daily Total =calories for the day 1530/35g

terrible choice with the cheesecake, i should have looked up the calories before I ate any of it, I probably wouldn’t have eatten it then, still under for the daily allowances though, although I will not be able to be around any of it anymore…the cheescake that is! Ughhhhh……….

    Great job! Glad you counted the housework, I did so much yesterday I’m sore! Hey just no taebo with the cheese cake! Have a good one!

    Glad to know about the Mickey D’s Chicken Wrap. Now, I can have something that I like there. Thanks for the thought about leaving off the cheese and sauce.
