Well Buddies…….

Seems like I am here at the weeks end, frustated and aggrevated! I weighed in on Christmas morning with My miracle weight…(my goal…150) at 150, and since then well to be honest It seems the scale has turned against me and won’t go down too much! I have seen 147 a few times, yet it seems the numbers are fluctuating and it gets aggrevating…The good news is it really doesn’t climb over 150, so that is good at least! TOM is visiting this week, so maybe thats why the added frustration….Next week will probably be a greater gain of lbs lost…so I hope! I have been maintaining my journal both online and at home in the notebook as to count my calories..so what gives this is ummmmm….17 days from christmas, so I should have budged a bit! 2 lbs since then ughhh….that is aggrevating…It is harder to lose once you have lost all the while…but I will be happy staying here I guess…My body is happy at this weight, I can tell, but I wouldn’t mind a few more lbs to dicipate.  Ok I could not sleep so Thats why I got up to blog instead of munch on food, and then I will go back to bed, and sleep the weight off….lol….if only!     I dont know what you are suppose to weigh, but listen to your body. It knows really where your healthy weight should be. Sometimes when you reach a stand still you have to do something drastic to “shock” your body into losing again. I do have some experience in that. I feel like losing the weight is not the battle. It is once you have lost the weight then keeping it off. I lost 100 pounds once, but did it the wrong way. I gained it all back plus my body was gracious enough to add 40 more pounds! Dont get discouraged, just listen to your body.

    couldn’t help noticing that you reached your goal weight of 150lbs………..congrats on a job well done……..question if your goal is 150……..why are you still tyring to lose?

    Hey my scale is bouning around too. Those scales are awful to us. Just think how great you look. Keep at it will come off.

    You’re an inspiration…blogging instead of eating! You look great and if you want to still lose more just pump up your exercise a bit and I’m sure you’ll beat the plateau. If you’re happy with where you are, then WOOO HOOOO! Congrats!

    TOM def adds a few lbs for me, plus I’ve read some articles from Health magazine lately about plateaus. May need to mix up the food/exercise. Sorry though I know it must be soooooooo frustrating!!

    Well, I did have some water weight this morning, up to 149!!! Oh well..
