Breakfast: smoothie yogurt drink light 70 calories/og
snack:special k cereal bar 100 calories/2g
nutterbutter bar 100 calories/1.5g
Lunch:Veggie six inch sub 230 calories/3 g
wheat thins 2 servings 22 crackers 260 calories/8g
Dinner:spoonful of spinch with onion, mushroom, ff cheese 50cal
3 spoonfulls yogurt 25 calories
cocoa pebbles bowl 150/2g
Daily total: 1085/18.5g

I had two 1/10/08’s apparently! Lol…I mixed up my dates….this is the blog supposed to be for 1/11/08….
