Well Buddies…….

Seems like I am here at the weeks end, frustated and aggrevated! I weighed in on Christmas morning with My miracle weight…(my goal…150) at 150, and since then well to be honest It seems the scale has turned against me and won’t go down too much! I have seen 147 a few times, yet it seems the numbers are fluctuating and it gets aggrevating…The good news is it really doesn’t climb over 150, so that is good at least! TOM is visiting this week, so maybe thats why the added frustration….Next week will probably be a greater gain of lbs lost…so I hope! I have been maintaining my journal both online and at home in the notebook as to count my calories..so what gives this is ummmmm….17 days from christmas, so I should have budged a bit! 2 lbs since then ughhh….that is aggrevating…It is harder to lose once you have lost all the while…but I will be happy staying here I guess…My body is happy at this weight, I can tell, but I wouldn’t mind a few more lbs to dicipate.  Ok I could not sleep so Thats why I got up to blog instead of munch on food, and then I will go back to bed, and sleep the weight off….lol….if only! Breakfast: smoothie yogurt drink light 70 calories/og

snack:special k cereal bar 100 calories/2g
nutterbutter bar  100 calories/1.5g

Lunch:Veggie six inch sub 230 calories/3 g
wheat thins 2 servings 22 crackers 260 calories/8g

Dinner:spoonful of spinch with onion, mushroom, ff cheese 50cal
3 spoonfulls yogurt 25 calories
cocoa pebbles bowl 150/2g

Daily total: 1085/18.5g
