with spinach…40cal, grilled onion…40 cal, mushrooms..10cal, veggies steamed..100 cal,
cheesy broccoli and rice 270/4.5g
tangerine…37 cal
sherbert1/2 cup…120cal
sprinkles 1tsp..25 cal
cocoa pebbles 1 cup…150/1.5g
Daily total=1277/18.5g
I did better on the calories tHursday, I guess because I knew I was gonna report everything in the morning so I wanted it to be 100% accurate!
Overall, low calories, and low fat, under 20 g!
