breakfast: 1 cup Honey oats with cinnamon clusters…calories 120/1.5g

milk ff 1/2 cup…cal 45

six inch Turkey sub toated no cheese….330 calories/5g

nutter butter granola bar …100 calories /1.5g
special k bar orange chocolate…90/1.5g
Slim a bear ice cream sandwich…100/1.5g
chkn shredded…calories100/1.5g
with spinach…40cal, grilled onion…40 cal, mushrooms..10cal, veggies steamed..100 cal,
cheesy broccoli and rice  270/4.5g

tangerine…37 cal
sherbert1/2 cup…120cal
sprinkles 1tsp..25 cal

cocoa pebbles  1 cup…150/1.5g

Daily total=1277/18.5g

I did better on the calories tHursday, I guess because I knew I was gonna report everything in the morning so I wanted it to be 100% accurate!
 Overall, low calories, and low fat, under 20 g!
