Diet and exercise 1/9/08

Breakfast: 2 pks of grits 200 cal/ 1.5 g
snack: banana 100 cal/ 1g
Lunch: veggies mix 100 calories
snack: jelly beans 240 calories
Dinner:  chkn sandwich-chkn 100 calories 1g of fat, bun calories 120/1.5fatg ,bbq sauce 30 cal
bushes baked vegetarian beans 1/2 cup 130 calories og fat, oven baked french fries 22 total-150cal/8g
snack: cocoa pebbles 150 calories 2g
total for the day

I messed up when I went to the dollar tree hungry, I looked at every lable on every pkg of food and decided I would eat a few jelly beans, there was only 4 cal each one! I ATE THE WHOLE BAG! I KNOW BETTER THAN THAT! Ughhhh, so mad at myself, but they were fat free…lol…doesn’t help the amount of calories though huh!

 

Drank 1 liter of water, trying to get more down to fill the late night munching need…

    I can think of worse things then jelly beans. I think they fool you because they are so small. You’ll do better today.
