Diet and exzercise 1/8/08
I did no exercise today! I feel bad, maybe omorrow, I need harrassment! lol…..
Diet wise I did extremely well!!!!
I munched a bit more yester day toooo….
Yesterdays Daily total= 1160 calories/ 10 fat grams…added 2 fat free pudding cups and another 100 calorie pack nutter butter granola bar…total new 1460cals/11.fat g not bad though….

Breakfast: banana 100 calories 1g
Lunch: six inch veggie sub 240 calories, 2.5 fg
with FF cheese 2 slices 60 calories
hot sauce
ff key lime yougurt 100 calories no fat
snack: sherbert 1 cup 240 calories no fat
Dinner: chkn shredded 4 oz 120 calories/1.5 g,
veggies mix 100 cal-squash, zuchini, brocoli, onions, bell pepper, red pepper, yellow pepper a whole one of each divided into 3 bags for 3 meals/no fat,
bushes baked vegetarian beans 1 cup 260 calories o fat
I WILL ACCOMPLISH MY WATER GOAL TODAY!!! 3/4ths of the way down my second bottle of water almost 2 liters! Yahoooo….
Daily I did 1220 calories….I am stuffed too so not more food I HOPE!
fat grams only 5!!! Protein took the place of my fat today i think! lol….
