Diet and exercise 1/7/08
Breakfast: Forgot….was in a hurry
Lunch: veggies ziploc bag full, 2 cups 100 calories no fat, 4oz chkn shredded100 calories/1g, salt and pepper, parm cheese 25 caolries/1g
Fruit cup peaches 80 calories/ og
Snack: nutter butter granola bar 100 calories/1.5 g of fat
snack: 3 bowls cocoa pebbles 400 calories /4.5 g (no milk)
(I guess this was the result of no breakfast earlier!)
Dinner: chkn fajitas- 2 wraps 160 calories/1.4g ..4 0z chkn100 calories/1g… ff mozzerella 45 calories…onion bell pepper 25 calories no fat
Daily total= 1160 calories/ 10 fat grams
Daily I did very well, I will probably get a pudding tonight before bed. ff 100 more calories, o fat grams!


OK now you know you gotta eat breakfast right?
