Diet and exercise 1/6/08
Early morning snack: 1 banana 100 calories/1fatgram
Breakfast: 2 pks of grits, one cheese flavored one plain mixed together 200calories/1.5fatg
Snack:2 special k bars 180 calories/3g of fat
MUNCHIES: I got the junk food munchies *20tootsie rolls 200 calories..left from halloween, darn stuff is almost gone, I only ate those cause they are fat free, ugghhh
Dinner: 2 sandwiches made with 4 slices fat free wheat bread low calorie 40 cal each
4oz chkn breast shredded 120 calories/1.5fg
2 slices ff cheese 60 calories total
1 whole bell pepper sauted and 1 whole onion sauted 100 calories/no fat
2oz honey mustard ff 30 calories
2 oz salsa 25 calories
1/2 cup peas with mushrooms and pearl onions 100 calories
Snack: special k bar 90cal/1.5fg
snack: light ff yogurt key lime 100 calories no fat
Daily total=1465 calories/8.5fat grams
Daily I did good, just those tootsies were not good at all,too many calories and besides they were getting hard, I just had the munchies…..The fat grams for the day were really low though, so that was the good thing!

Good job on the fat grams. Have you thought about just throwing the candy away. You did good today.
I need to throw the candy out, but my kids would kill me! It is their candy, but I had my 10 year old hide it away from me today! Thanks, I had to toss out some cookies last week! It was a lot of them too! I hated to do it, but I HAD TO!

Your food journal makes it look so easy. I need to learn how to do that. Your menu sounds so good and I actually love the little treats you throw in there, it makes it feel like I could do this too. Thank you
I like this daily log that you keep. One of my goals may be to start this also. Hopefully, I would be too embarassed to pig out and post it so I just won’t pig out
