Diet and exercise 1/5/08

breakfast:2 special k bars, 90 cal each/1.5fatg each= 180 cal/3g

Snack:marshmallows 200 calories/0fg

Lunch:shake n bake chkn 5oz 200 calories/2g, noodles 3/4 cup 250calories/3 fat g, veggies steamed and seasoned 100 calories/ofatg

Snack:special k bar 90 calories/1.5 fg

Dinner:chkn 5oz 200 calories/2g, noodles 1/4 cup 100 calories/1.5 fat grams, steamed veggies 100 calories/ ofat g

snack: cocoa pebbles 150 calories/1.5 fat g

Daily Total= 1570 calories/14.5 g of fat

Glad the negative blogger is gone, this is a great place for positive support, I hope no one took the negative comments to heart from them! This day was a fair day, kinda high on the calories, I can see the marshmallows, and special k bars are getting outta hand, and I need to refrain from buying these now too for a while! Other than that all was well!

Your negativity is not welcome on buddyslim!

The negative thoughts from certain buddyslimmers are not a welcome sight! We are on here to support, motivate, encourage will power, and to stay happy, and fit, or to reach our goal while making friends and supporting others on here! The fact of the matter is no one in life is a true friend who can not even show their face and tell a story of positivity.  There is nothing in this worl that should make someone join a group to BASH other people at their own expense.  If you are the one who does this then you know who you are! It is not any of my buddies, they all lend awesome support, and I try to be there to do the same! You can not get me down, I am a happy person who joined this site to better myself, and to lend support to others who are doing the same.  You can not better yourself with negative energy and avice to others, so we wish you better in life, and hope that you move on to do something productive, and stop being a negative force….Have a great day, and try smilling…it works!

On your negative comment to me, which I kinda thought was humorous, I am in a constant battle with my weight, have been all my life…I am slender now, but the second I let my guard down I will find myself slipping and returning to the rut I no longer wnated to be in.  I am not on a diet of any sort really, just that I watch my calories, and my fat grams daily, try to exercise and I have cut out things I know my body doesn’t need although it may very well want them…ie. soda’s, red meat, and tons of starches.  I will be following this new lifestyle change forever because so far I have lost 70 lbs doing this, I feel great, and I know what works for me…so the battle will never be over! Thanks for the input though….Angie

Diet and exercise 1/4/08…and my crazy day

Before I even get started, I should tell you I had a hell of a day, my car broke down at 7:30 am in route to dropping off my kids to school, then I forgot my cell phone to call for help, and I was in my pj pants, long john top, and a robe with my hair…welll…everywhere!  I had to go to a co-workers house to use the phone then stand by the road to wait (in my gettup!) for my hubby.  He came and told me to take his car…it is appearantly in need of repairs itself…he told me it would seem like your drunk, the rack and pinnion was out , and the car sweves terribly.  Ok I got past that part, drove home showered, went to work managed to make it 2 minutes early, then the microwave at work starts smoking, the whole darn store was fog filled with smoke all with in 10 minutes, I thought it was coming from the oven, then discovered I blew the wall outlet, to much wattage for 2 micro’s on one outlet.  Mind you I use the same 2 micro’s every day, usually they are on different outlets! Ok, so you see how my day was going…made it through work, had to saty an hour late, rushed home, gave my hubby his car back, then he left for work, only to return moments later to tell me HIS CAR WAS NOW BROKE!  WHAT! I just drove it!  It was fine! well apparently you can’t put on the emergency brake! I use that everyday in my car, so how would I know! Ok so now he can’t go to work! UGHHH…He drives for his job all night, so he NEEDS a car! Ok, so he decides to take his OLD HEAVY CHEVY as he calls it, or the battle truck, cause honestly it looks like it went through a battle! The darn thing sucks gas, and it is NOT cost efficient to drive at all! But what choice di he have? I think he said he drove out 26 dollars in gas in it last night! Ok so the day was shot, the cars are both broke, one is at the shop now, and the other he thinks he can fix, and I am stuck at home with no way to go anywhere! I guess I will get the housework all caught up this weekend at least!  Oh yeah and I only got my 5 minutes of treadmill time in yesterday, which I was disappointed in, cause that was my resolution to get at LEAST 10 minutes a day in! Ughhh….Ok my diet for the day was JUNKY!

Breakfast: 2 special k bars, 90 cal each/1.5g each= 180 cal/3g

Lunch:six inch veggie sub toasted-no cheese(only good healthy choice for the day!)240 calories/2.5g

Snack: marshmallows 200calories/og, special k bar 90 cal/1.5g

Dinner:1/2 chkn mozzerella sausage dog lowfat, on a bun 175cal/4fat g

Snack:cocoa pebbles no milk, 200calories/2fat g

bed time snack:yogurt ff light 100cal/ogfat

4am snack:100 calorie pack wheat thins  100 cal/3gfat

Daily total= 1465 calories/19g of fat

Not really a bad day calories wise or fat wise, just nutritionally, I was in a rut and wanted to munch obviously…need my veggies for saturday and get back on track and do at LEAST 15 minutes on treadmill to catch up for today….
