Diet and exercise 1/3/08
Ok after last nights cookie fiasco, I made my hubby break the cookies up and toss them deep with in the trash can!
Today was much better!
Breakfast: Honey bunches of oats 150 calories/1.75fat grams
and ff milk 1/2 cup 45 calories/0 fat grams
Lunch: six inch veggies sub toasted no cheese Subway 240 calories 2.5g of fat
Dinner: Left over soup 338 calories 3g, sausage dog, cut in half lengthwise (lowfat chicken mozzerella sausage dog)55calories/2.5fatg, on a bun 120 calories/1.5g
snack: marshmallows 200 calories/0 fat g
dessert: cocoa pebbles 150 calories/1.5g
1/2 smirnoff ???calories???(200?) only half though! Lol…..
daily total= 1498calories/12.25fat g
I think with todays meals I counteracted the cookies from yesterday, however the darn things will not find their way back in here! lol….
Exercise 12 minutes on treadmill am .80miles
5 minutes pm .40 miles
The treadmill drags now and I have graduated to a higher speed however thats not due to my insane walking/running abilities, just due to the fact my hubby messed with it!…Oh well I can still use it though!
