Diet and exercise 1/2/07
Break fast: yogurt ff light 100 calories no fat
Lunch :8 oz of shrimp with hot sauce and lemon juice 200 calories and 2g of fat
snack :pudding cup ff jello 100 calories no fat
special k bar 90 calories 1.5 g of fat
dinner : homemade chicken noodle soup loaded with veggies 438 calories 4 g of fat
dessert: (should have had the shake like last night!)10 pilsbury cookies 700 calories 30g of fat
exercise 10 minutes treadmill am, 3 minutes pm, then hubby broke my treadmill, now I am mad and eatting cookies!
Total for the day 1838Calories 37.5fat grams
This is the worst day ever on my diet, the cookies have to go!


Ah, but you don’t have to eat cookies , you could box(LOL)that would really burn some calories ! All kidding aside sorry your tread broke ! I hope it gets fixed soon ! Kimmi

Sorry to hear about the treadmill breaking. Boy, that’s a tough one. Stay away from the cookies woman. The cookies are not your friends. Enemy = cookies. Tomorrow can be better.
I hope you can get the treadmill fixed. I would get rid of the cookies. They can be evil. Good job tracking it though. I think a lot of us like ot overlook the actual calorie count of bad stuff. Good job!
