snack:1 special k cereal bar …..90 calories 1.5 g of fat
10 minutes treadmill exercise…. .60 miles again
Dinner: ckn breast in brocolli and cheese soup sauted with onions mushrooms, chkn broth, and brocoli with cheese sauce 1 cup total ….calories 256 …. 2.75 g of fat
black eyed peas 1/4 c calories 60…. .5 g of fat
seasoned veggies potatoes and string beans1/2 c …..70 calories .5g of fat
zatarans rice 1/4 c…75 calories….. 1g of fat
ff mozerella cheese 1/4 c …45calories…. 0g of fat
dessert:shake with 3 strawberries, 1/2 banana, 1 tsp cream cheese, 1/4c of ff milk, 1/4 c of cool whip free, 1 cup of sherbet….390calories…0fat g
cocoa peebles 3/4 c …110 calories ….1.5 g of fat
Total for the day: 1466 calories/13.5fat grams
Dietary comments: I had a great diet day until the end shake the calories set me over the top for the day! Ugh 390 calories! It was a small shake too! I should have had something more solid, to fill me up more! and to cut the calories in half……
Remember: I need under 1950 calories not to gain any weight and under 58 g of fat per day……I did fairly well…..


Although you say you went over your calorie mark I think you did fantastic on your fat. Awesome really. Sure maybe that shake might not have been the best thing but it wasn’t exactly horrible either. So it seems to me you had a really good day. Bravo for a good start in this new year!
